📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth contemplative services to Charlie Health clients • Facilitate group sessions and build connections with clients • Integrate contemplative practices into treatment approaches • Support clients in developing mindful awareness, cultivating wisdom, discovering purpose, living compassionately, and practicing self-inquiry • Provide care for clients with complex mental health and substance use needs • Collaborate effectively as part of the Charlie Health team • Dedicate at least 9 permanent group hours per week to facilitating group sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in contemplative practices, such as Yoga Therapy, Yoga Teaching, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, or Mindful Self-Compassion • Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health is required • Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults is required • Experience with high acuity populations is required • Must be certified in a contemplative practice and/or hold a clinical license • Minimum 3 years of teaching/facilitating experience in a contemplative field • Master’s degree in mental health or a related field strongly preferred • Availability between 9 and 40 hours per week • Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3–8pm MT, Monday–Thursday) and Saturdays • Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions • Reliable WIFI connection • Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and survey software • Work authorization in the United States • Native or bilingual English proficiency • Contract/1099 position, part time with opportunity to grow into full time
