📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Enhance mental health and substance use programming • Work part-time or full-time as a W-2 clinician • Deliver group services and build strong client relationships, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians • Provide in-depth work to create sustainable healing • Maintain predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads

🎯 Requirements

• MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN CALIFORNIA • Accepted licenses: APCC, ASW, AMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome) • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Experienced with teens and young adults • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification a plus • Passionate and skilled in group services • Available evenings to meet client needs; evening availability required for full-time • Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2 • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
