📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Enhance behavioral health programming and provide high-quality care • Provide services in a virtual setting as a part-time or full-time W-2 clinician • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians • Build strong client relationships and conduct in-depth group work • Maintain predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads • Focus on client care with support from Admissions & Assessment, operations, HR, and IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN ILLINOIS • Licenses accepted: LSW, LPC, ALMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome) • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification a plus • Experience with teens and young adults • Passionate and skilled in group services • Available evenings to meet client needs; evening availability required for full-time • Part-time availability of at least 12 hours/week or full-time availability of 40 hours/week • Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
