📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual setting • Integrate multiple mental health treatment modalities • Provide group services and build strong client relationships • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians • Conduct in-depth work to create sustainable healing • Meet client needs through evening availability for full-time roles • Maintain a flexible part-time or full-time W-2 schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Illinois • Accepted licenses: LSW, LPC, ALMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician; all disciplines welcome • Master’s degree in mental health or a related field • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred • Availability between 12–40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W-2 • Part-time minimum of 12 hours/week with flexible scheduling • Full-time requires 40 hours/week and evening availability • Knowledge and confidence integrating multiple modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR • MI certification is a plus • Experience with teens and young adults • Skilled in group services • Familiarity with cloud-based tools including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox • Familiarity with EMR and outcomes software
