📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Deliver mental health and substance use treatment in a virtual setting • Enhance programming and provide high-quality, personalized care • Provide group services, with a maximum of 8 clients per group • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians • Build strong client relationships and conduct in-depth work to create sustainable healing • Work with the Admissions & Assessment team while focusing on client care • Maintain predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads

🎯 Requirements

• LPC in ANY compact state, or any independent license in Georgia • Candidates are expected to work Arizona (MST) hours and will need to join the compact • Independently licensed counselors only • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred • Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W-2 • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus) • Experienced with teens and young adults • Passionate and skilled in group services • Available evenings to meet client needs • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software • Part-time minimum 12 hours/week; full-time 40 hours/week with evening availability required • Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video • Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
