📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients • Deliver mental health and substance use treatment in a virtual setting • Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR • Provide group services and build strong client relationships • Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians • Provide in-depth work to create sustainable healing • Work with the Admissions & Assessment team to focus on exceptional client care • Maintain a part-time or full-time W-2 schedule

🎯 Requirements

• MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN VIRGINIA • Accepted licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, Temporary License as a Resident in Counseling, Temporary License as a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy • Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician • Master’s degree in mental health or related field • Experience with teens and young adults highly preferred • Minimum 12 hours/week for part-time or 40 hours/week for full-time • Evening availability required for full-time • Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification a plus • Experience with youth/young adults • Passionate and skilled in group services • Available evenings to meet client needs • Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
