📋 Description

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date • Meet monthly with the assigned Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director • Respond promptly to email and Slack communications within 48 hours • Review assigned curriculum before group sessions • Arrive approximately 10 minutes early and facilitate groups for the full hour • Facilitate groups using Charlie Health best practices and current curriculum • Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed • Foster client engagement, group cohesion and camera-on participation • Follow operational policies and procedures • Participate in collaborative Treatment Team and Group Supervision meetings • Collaborate with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, Care Coaches and other care-team members • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies and referents • Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours and meet DHCS and The Joint Commission standards • Maintain professional ethics, boundaries and confidentiality • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays • Master’s degree in mental health or related field required • Experience working with youth and young adults • Well versed in a variety of modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR and MI certification are a plus • Passion for and skill in conducting group treatment • Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions • Reliable WIFI connection • Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR and outcomes survey software • Part time 1099 role
