📋 Description

• Complete all onboarding requirements within two weeks of starting • Meet monthly with the assigned Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director • Respond promptly to email and Slack communications within 48 hours • Review assigned curriculum before group sessions • Arrive approximately 10 minutes early and facilitate each scheduled group for the full hour • Facilitate groups using Charlie Health best practices and current assigned curriculum • Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour as needed • Foster client engagement, group cohesion, participation, and a camera-on culture • Follow operational policies and procedures • Participate in weekly collaborative Treatment Team meetings and biweekly Group Supervision • Collaborate with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, Care Coaches, peers, and clinical leadership • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents • Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours and meet DHCS and The Joint Commission standards • Maintain professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field required • Eligible degrees include M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, M.A. in Counseling Psychology, M.S.W. with a Mental Health concentration, M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, M.A. in Clinical Psychology, M.S. in School Counseling, M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling, M.S. in Applied Developmental Psychology, M.A. in Education with behavioral health experience, or Ed.M. with behavioral health experience • Experience working with youth and young adults • Well versed in multiple treatment modalities; DBT, CBT, and EMDR experience; MI certification is a plus • Skilled in conducting group treatment and passionate about group treatment • Ability to work effectively in a team • Creative and engaging over video • Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions • Reliable WIFI connection • Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes survey software • Must be available weekday late afternoons/evenings, 3–8pm MT Monday through Thursday, and Saturdays • Part-time 1099 role • Must complete state background checks for client clearance
