Charters, Meetings and Incentives at NCLH is the group-sales and event business unit of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) that designs and sells chartered sailings, meetings, incentive programs and group cruise packages. It helps planners and organizers book group cruises with discounts, onboard credits and tailored experiences across NCL’s fleet and private-island destinations, supporting logistics, accommodations and event spaces for corporate, association and private groups.

📋 Description

• Promote Norwegian Cruise Line products to direct consumers through outbound calls, leads, and prospects • Identify travel needs and provide cruise product explanations and travel recommendations • Establish and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service and rapport • Identify and meet customer needs and expectations while pursuing retention goals • Follow up with consumers to close sales and meet or exceed revenue goals • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing consumers • Maintain prospect lists and contact databases to identify travel trends • Proactively promote and sell products based on client travel history • Develop in-depth knowledge of cruise products, features, benefits, pricing, promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and shipboard amenities • Attend daily team meetings and relevant sales training • Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guest profiles • Perform other job-related functions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Minimum one year of sales experience • Two years of sales experience preferred • Cruise sales experience is a plus • Excellent verbal communication skills for telephone and internal communication • Strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, current fleet, and ship itineraries • Ability to multitask in a high-energy, goal- and quota-driven sales environment • Adherence to a strictly enforced dress code
