📋 Description
• Partner with product and technology teams to design and refine in-house tooling that extracts lease data • Validate tool outputs against source documents and expert judgment • Help define and refine the data model for lease outputs • Identify provisions and lease concepts that should be extracted • Diagnose where extraction tooling misinterprets ambiguous lease language • Communicate clearly across a cross-functional team
🎯 Requirements
• Direct, senior-level experience with commercial real estate tenant leases • Strong structural understanding of lease terms and provisions across multiple asset classes • A product-oriented mindset • Sharp judgment for identifying gaps, edge cases, and inconsistencies • Clear, concise communication, written and verbal with ability to explain lease concepts to a non-specialist audience • Ability to work independently
