• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant strategic impact • Build integrated project and program structures across multiple objectives, dependencies, and workstreams • Partner with executive stakeholders to shape project scope, outcomes, governance, and strategic direction • Drive alignment across clinical, operational, technical, facilities, finance, and vendor teams • Lead organizational change management efforts supporting adoption, readiness, and sustainable results • Use data, project health indicators, and risk insights to inform executive governance and prioritization decisions • Manage project budgets, procurement strategy, SOW development, vendor selection, and third-party partner performance • Support initiatives involving construction timelines, regulatory requirements, infrastructure needs, and operational readiness • Mentor and guide junior project managers while modeling PMO standards and continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • 8+ years of project or program management experience • PMP or equivalent project management certification required • Experience in complex healthcare, enterprise, technology, construction, or transformation environments ideally • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity • Experience managing risk, dependencies, budgets, governance forums, and cross-functional delivery teams • Experience with Epic, Oracle, mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, or infrastructure initiatives highly valued • Exceptional communication, facilitation, analysis, problem-solving, and change leadership skills
