📋 Description

• Own Payouts execution end-to-end, from ACH toward same-day pay and new payment methods • Execute thoroughly on well-scoped problems with strong judgment • Identify edge cases before release and maintain a high quality bar • Decide when to act independently and when to escalate to a manager • Partner with engineering, operations, and external partners to ship reliably • Engage directly with partners to understand payout workflows and inform product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in technology companies • Track record of thorough, low-iteration execution on well-scoped work • Good judgment about when to escalate versus handle something independently • Payments experience is a plus, but not required • Comfort partnering with engineering, operations, and external partners • Willingness to attend the annual 3-day company offsite in spring • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Ability to perform responsibilities remotely without distraction or disruption while maintaining quality, communication, and productivity
