📋 Description

• Support end-to-end Salesforce delivery across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom CRM solutions • Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders throughout discovery and delivery • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops • Elicit business, functional, and reporting requirements • Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and use cases • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements aligned with Agile methodologies • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ongoing prioritization with Product Owners and project leadership • Validate requirements and solution designs through walkthroughs, prototypes, and stakeholder feedback • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing, including test scenario creation, execution support, defect triage, and final sign-off • Ensure solutions comply with federal governance, security, data, and regulatory standards • Contribute to change management, documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required • U.S. citizenship required; documentation of U.S. citizenship must be provided • Bachelor’s degree required • 6–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, Functional Analyst, or CRM Consultant • Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations in federal, public sector, or highly regulated environments • Strong business analysis expertise, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition • Experience working within Agile or hybrid Agile delivery frameworks • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements without direct responsibility for configuration or development • Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities • Experience supporting large, multi-stakeholder programs with diverse user groups • Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certification preferred • Additional Business Analysis, Agile, or Salesforce Consultant-level certifications preferred • Willingness to maintain and assign Salesforce certifications to Cherokee Federal and pursue additional certifications as required • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
