• Write high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media, blogs, press releases, email campaigns, and other marketing materials • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest • Write, edit, and publish blog posts that align with our brand voice and target audience • Draft press releases to promote company news, product launches, and events • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives • Track and analyze content performance metrics • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic design, business development, and operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related role • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail • Proficiency in using social media platforms and social/blog management tools • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus • Excellent writing skills in English and strong attention to detail • Bilingual in Spanish and/or English a plus
