• Do deep research into the experience of practices within Cherry • Identify and solve points of friction in Cherry’s product offering and business operations • Understand the competitive landscape and ensure Cherry is best-in-class • Define the plan for how Cherry gets to majority market share • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk, etc. to successfully deploy impactful initiatives • Own metrics such as lifetime value per practice, total transaction volume, market share, and net promoter score (NPS) • Deep-dive into all communications sent to practices from marketing, sales, and product to ensure that they tell a coherent story and are not overwhelming • Collect and organize user feedback to create a prioritized roadmap for product and organizational improvements • Work with Sales and Product to develop compelling collateral to highlight the best and most important aspects about Cherry
• Someone who can wear a lot of hats such as sales, product, business operations, and strategy • Experience finding 0-1 product-market fit as a startup founder or early employee • You like to roll up your sleeves and live the life of your users to develop a deep empathy for their problems • Able to do basic spreadsheet modeling for developing a scaling and profitability model
