📋 Description

• Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements and data. • Manage Implementation inbox. • Assist with data migration tasks and testing activities under supervision. • Provide support during the pre-implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases. • Assist with documentation, demos, training, and user guides. • Communicate directly with client stakeholders to provide updates and gather information throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Identify and escalate risks or roadblocks to the Implementation Manager in a timely manner. • Develop working knowledge of the Locumsmart platform to support client and internal requests .

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of healthcare operations and/or vendor management. • Ability to learn new software quickly. • Basic project management skills. • Proficiency in Google suite (ex. Google Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel & Outlook). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks. • Will consider an associate degree with 1+ years of relevant experience. • Will consider a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
