📋 Description

• Design architecture, standards, and tooling for AI-assisted end-to-end test execution and infrastructure • Architect quality solutions for multi-system, cross-domain enterprise scenarios and integrations • Define and maintain an enterprise testing roadmap • Evaluate quality tooling and platforms integrating AI-assisted test generation and autonomous execution • Define data quality standards for test datasets, including referential integrity, coverage, and edge-case representation • Shape LLM-assisted scenario generation, agentic test runners, and AI-synthesized execution reporting • Recommend tooling for autonomous test execution, defect categorization, and observability integrations • Design test data pipelines supporting autonomous regression execution • Design AI-augmented quality intelligence for defect analysis, risk flagging, and release readiness • Engage enterprise architecture and advocate for testability in system design • Maintain data visibility across business workflows and validate data integrity through downstream handoffs • Maintain impact assessments for source schema changes and keep test data catalogs and integration scenarios valid • Partner with platform engineering on environment architecture, CI/CD integration, and testing infrastructure provisioning • Develop quality standards, reusable patterns, and self-service provisioning capabilities • Build and maintain centralized test data catalogs • Represent the end-to-end testing practice in architecture, platform, security, and release readiness forums • Define and enforce organizational load testing standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or quality engineering • At least 3 years focused on quality management or data architecture in enterprise environments • Experience designing testing solutions across complex, multi-system integrations • Hands-on experience with relational databases, APIs, and data provisioning in CI/CD contexts • Experience designing synthetic test data pipelines where production data cannot be used directly • Security engineering awareness, including access controls, audit requirements, and data identification in non-production systems • Experience collaborating as a technical peer with architecture, platform engineering, or security teams • Familiarity with AI and automation tooling in quality engineering or data engineering • Ability to influence technical direction across teams without direct authority • Ability to communicate technical architecture decisions through actionable documentation and standards • Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, or enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred • Experience with LLM-assisted test generation, agentic test execution, or AI-augmented quality intelligence tooling is preferred • Background in microservices, event-driven architecture, or API-layer integration testing is preferred • Experience working in an agile, squad-based engineering model is preferred
