• Support the Senior Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities • Review project plans to determine timelines, staffing needs, and resource allocation • Assist in preparing contract deliverables, project schedules, and project documentation • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Serve as a reliable point of contact for ASA FM&C clients and government CORs • Develop senior-level briefings, status updates, and other client-facing materials • Coordinate internal meetings, prepare materials, and track action items • Support oversight of contract staff, including hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding • Ensure staffing aligns with project scope and deliverables • Help implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies
• Active DoD Secret clearance, requiring US Citizenship • Ability to maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property • Skilled in using project management tools for planning, scheduling, tracking activities, managing resources, and reporting • Excellent written and verbal communication • Active listening, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills • Ability to build strong working relationships with the team, stakeholders, and clients • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years of relevant project management experience in federal government contracting, or equivalent combination of education/experience
