• Conduct an exhaustive review of related regulations, guidance, or policy. • Support analysis of current human factors data, processes, criteria, and analytical methods. • Conduct exhaustive literature searches and comprehensive literature reviews. • Organize complex SME notes, data, reports, and feedback. • Support project SMEs with real-time note-taking and data collection during flight simulator beta testing. • Document research results and compile foundational material for technical reports. • Examine basic workload functions, workload factors, and authorized operations. • Evaluate benefits, limitations, and diagnostic tradeoffs of single versus combined observational, quantitative, and qualitative metrics. • Evaluate and synthesize human factors workload assessment literature, including published and unpublished technical reports. • Provide foundational drafting and synthesis support for technical report findings.
• Must be able to obtain a customer clearance for access to facilities, equipment and property. • Master’s degree and ten (10) + years experience conducting an exhaustive review of related regulations, guidance, or policy; or equivalent combination of education/experience. • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. • Hands-on experience developing survey questions. • Experience administering questionnaires using professional survey software such as Qualtrics. • Experience utilizing statistical software such as SPSS and/or R to analyze data. • Experience collating results. • Extensive experience in academic writing, technical editing, and formal document formatting. • Strong administrative and technical capabilities.
