📋 Description

• Provides senior-level SharePoint experience for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) customer. • Assists in the management of customer SharePoint program. • Provides KSN administration/development; creates, maintains, and manages customer site collections as needed. • Works with process owners to ascertain their needs and suggest possible solutions. • Serves as team lead or as a contributing member of large SharePoint projects as necessary. • Gathers user requirements and designs and creates custom solutions for various teams and project sites using multiple methods. • Serves as point of contact to analyze and resolve SharePoint-related issues. • Creates external user SharePoint accounts. • Performs transition of sites to new versions of the SharePoint program. • Develops various data reports for management and staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience. • Strong proficiency in developing solutions using a suite of Microsoft products and platforms. • Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint On-Premises and Online, Microsoft InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and troubleshooting SharePoint Designer Workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative solutions that meet business needs. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Proven track record of managing projects from conception to deployment. • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Teams
