📋 Description

• Lead as a fractional CMO across two or three midsize companies at once • Work hands-on as part of client management teams • Help midsize companies grow through major growth initiatives in strategy, marketing, and business management • Develop and implement plans tailored to each company's business problems, opportunities, and competitive situation • Help CEOs and leadership teams understand where and how to grow • Determine and apply appropriate marketing tools to drive top-line growth • Collaborate with a network of 125 other fractional executives

🎯 Requirements

• Must have held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies • Experience as a C-level operating executive • Market-based business perspective • Experience helping CEOs or business owners understand where and how to grow • Experience determining which marketing tools to apply to drive major growth • Inquisitiveness, resilience, and knowledge • Ability to identify real business problems and develop and implement tailored plans • Ability to assess company, opportunity, and competitive situations
