📋 Description

• Help midsize companies grow through major growth initiatives in strategy, marketing, and business management • Drive top-line growth that continues after engagement ends • Advise CEOs and business owners on where and how to grow • Identify business problems and develop plans suited to the company, opportunity, and competitive situation • Implement growth and marketing initiatives • Work hands-on as part of the management teams of two or three companies at once • Collaborate with a network of 125 other fractional executives

🎯 Requirements

• Must have held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies • Experience as a C-level operating executive • Market-based business perspective • Experience helping CEOs or business owners understand where and how to grow • Ability to determine which marketing tools to apply to drive significant growth • Inquisitiveness, resilience, and knowledge • Ability to identify real business problems and develop and implement tailored plans • Ability to work hands-on as part of the management team of multiple companies
