Children's Specialized ABA is a clinical provider of autism-focused services offering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in both center-based and home-based settings, autism diagnostic evaluations, and complementary services such as speech and occupational therapy and family/caregiver guidance. Services are tailored by age and need (center-based for roughly 18 months–6 years; home-based up to age 12) and include early intervention, in-school and after-school support, and comprehensive parent guidance.

📋 Description

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) • Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress • Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams • Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in New Jersey • MUST be Bilingual Spanish/English • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Completion of BCBA supervision training • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina
