• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-value client opportunities; • Source opportunities through CPA partners, networks, and referrals; • Drive opportunities from introduction to close; • Maintain CRM discipline; • Develop relationships with CPA partner firms; • Translate relationships into referrals; • Establish consistent engagement cadence; • Lead high-conviction conversations; • Diagnose complex needs; • Deliver wealth strategies; • Close and onboard new clients; • Leverage planning, investment, tax, and estate capabilities to deliver cohesive recommendations; • Establish presence in Austin; • Build COI relationships; • Expand local brand visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 10+ years of experience in wealth management or advisory. • Proven ability to originate and close business. • Experience with CPA or professional services networks. • Strong financial planning expertise. • CRM experience.
