📋 Description

• Perform or assist residents with basic personal hygiene and activities of daily living • Provide resident care addressing social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical needs • Perform daily hygiene care • Learn residents’ preferences to personalize delivered care • Accurately document care and promptly report discrepancies to appropriate personnel • Apply safety, infection control, and risk management procedures • Communicate regularly with the immediate supervisor regarding residents’ status and condition • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License • 3 – 6 months experience in a long-term care preferred • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language • Must possess excellent customer service skills • Ability to perform medium-heavy physical work • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or more than 45 pounds repeatedly • Ability to stand and walk constantly, with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, reaching above shoulder height, and fine motor control • Ability to grasp • Ability to work around bloodborne pathogens, bodily excretions, and communicable diseases • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and frequent interaction with residents, family members, and visitors
