📋 Description

• Perform or assist residents with basic personal hygiene and activities of daily living • Provide individualized resident care encompassing social, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical needs • Perform daily hygiene care of residents • Learn resident preferences to personalize delivered care • Accurately document resident care and promptly report discrepancies to appropriate personnel • Apply safety, infection control and risk management procedures • Communicate regularly with the immediate supervisor regarding residents’ status and condition • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License • 3 – 6 months experience in a long-term care preferred • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language • Must possess excellent customer service skills • Ability to perform medium-heavy physical work • Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or in excess of 45 pounds of force repeatedly • Ability to stand and walk constantly during working hours, with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, reaching above shoulder height, fine motor control and grasping • Ability to work with exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions and communicable diseases • Ability to handle frequent interruptions • Ability to interact frequently with residents, family members and visitors
