📋 Description

• Own the vision for end-to-end business objectives that span multiple engineering teams. • Synthesize your ideas, our business goals, customer feedback, product analytics and insights gleaned from the marketing/sales teams into feature specifications. • Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to ensure we ship world class software that matters to our existing and future customers. • Manage analytics instrumentation across our products and use it to make data driven product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years product management experience with SaaS companies. • Clear written and verbal communicator who provides straightforward, self-contained updates with necessary context in our distributed, asynchronous environment. • Technical background strong enough to understand how our tools are used by developers. • Strong opinions, weakly held—someone who pushes back on ideas to drive better outcomes, handles critique without defensiveness, and demonstrates a growth mindset. • Evidence-driven mindset—uses customer feedback and our analytics instrumentation to make informed product decisions. • Accountability—experience leading the end-to-end process for a feature from conception to release.
