• Design, implement, and supervise individualized ABA therapy programs • Use evidence-based ABA strategies, including positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading, and task analysis • Create behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans tailored to each client • Supervise and provide feedback and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians • Lead cross-functional teams supporting client treatment plans • Administer assessments such as ABLS-RR and AFLS and create goals based on assessments • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, and Behavior Reduction Plans • Serve, communicate, and consult as a member of an interdisciplinary team • Provide training and education to staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders • Participate in treatment meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities • Provide direct RBT supervision in accordance with BACB standards, including observation, performance feedback, competency assessments, and guidance • Oversee data collection systems, analyze behavior data, and make data-driven decisions with families and care teams • Promote and follow CHS safety culture, practices, and policies
• BCBA certification required, but candidates within three months of becoming certified may be considered • Has met Supervisor Requirements through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Licensed or able to seek licensure through the State of Missouri • Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed through private insurance companies • Excellent Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Valid driver’s license • Proof of personal valid vehicle insurance • TB Assessment and/or requirements • Applicant must live in the service area • Supervisory experience preferred
