📋 Description

• Lead a team of recruiters across one or more client accounts • Deliver high-quality client services and exceed client expectations • Build trust and strong relationships with key client contacts and stakeholders • Set team performance standards and goals • Assess progress against goals and address performance gaps • Provide leadership, coaching, feedback, and performance management to direct reports • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and learning • Support successful implementation of new clients with internal Cielo teams and client leaders • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity, and candidate sources • Work with recruiters and hiring leaders to build relationships and trust • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and support recruiting strategy • Drive strategic hiring strategies, passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, and use of recruitment technologies • Participate in client meetings, share updates and data, and address service delivery gaps • Support client recruitment process needs and leverage shared delivery resources • Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency • Share best practices and drive organizational initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the U.S. • Candidates may be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones, but must be available to work MST or CST business hours • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment is required • Prior experience leading or managing recruiting teams is strongly preferred • Prior experience in a results-oriented TA role in talent acquisition or human resources • Experience coaching peers or managing a team • Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field, preferred
