📋 Description
• Develop and implement advanced talent brand, attraction, and engagement solutions • Routine project delivery in the range of $25K-$100K • Write strategic creative briefs with limited oversight • Gather Market and Talent intelligence for targeted marketing strategies • Measure and maximize ROI on all projects
🎯 Requirements
• German language required • Copywriting experience is mandatory • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required • Strong understanding of talent marketing in at least one key area
