• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. • Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultant’s role and promote industry best practices. • Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements. • Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies, including communications, testing and training programs. • Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant Workday implementation experience in a client-facing role. • Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s) (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.) • Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment). • Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors with a strong working knowledge of web services and the Workday security framework. • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be fluent in English.
