📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports • Manage full month-end close, including accruals, reclasses, journal entries, and reconciliations • Review resident billing, rent rolls, census, and revenue for accuracy • Oversee accounts payable coding and monitor spending versus budget • Support ownership reporting, lender requirements, and audit processes • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of financial data across assigned senior living communities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required • 3–5+ years of property accounting experience; senior living preferred • Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience • Advanced Excel skills • Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks or similar experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Analytical thinking • Accountability and ownership • Strong communication skills • Partnership-oriented mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
