📋 Description

• Manage a remote manufacturing client service team • Deliver against core solutions and drive continuous process improvements for clients and internal partners • Lead implementation and change management efforts for Circana solutions and data sets • Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities • Collaborate with virtual and diverse offshore and onshore teams • Ensure change events and client deliverables are timely and accurate • Troubleshoot issues and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve them • Provide status updates to end-users • Communicate proactively with the client-facing team • Solicit feedback to improve ways of working • Integrate external data sources for the client • Manage Global extract / RedSlim integration support • Use AI assets to improve accuracy, deliverables, and client initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with syndicated data and operational systems • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills • Ability to present technical subject matter to non-technical audiences • Excellent project management and process skills • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, perseverance, and creativity to overcome obstacles • Ability to build rapport across functions and organizational levels • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree is a plus • Advanced technical skills • Strong individual contributor with leadership aspirations • Ability to work with complex data sets • Must consent to background checks if requested, in accordance with local legislation
