• Lead the global commercial operating model to drive predictable revenue growth • Design and evolve global revenue operations operating model • Enable revenue growth by freeing seller time and simplifying sales motions • Own the order-to-cash execution model and ensure compliance • Own the enterprise approach to CRM data governance • Ensure commercial processes and systems are SOX-compliant • Set the strategic roadmap for CRM and commercial automations • Lead enterprise change management for commercial transformations
• 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy • 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles • Proven ownership of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle • Deep experience designing and leading transformation of global revenue operating models • Strong command of order-to-cash processes • Demonstrated ability to improve seller productivity • Strong financial acumen • Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT
