📋 Description
• Provide high-quality primary care through a telemedicine-first approach • Conduct two-way video-audio appointments with patients • Ensure continuity of care for patients through empanelment • Collaborate with a patient care advocate team
🎯 Requirements
• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification • Currently licensed in California and one of the following states: CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI • Valid DEA Registration in good standing to prescribe medications • At least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred • Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine • Commitment to evidence-based medicine • A PC with Windows PRO or a Mac newer than 2019 is required
