📋 Description

• Deliver a true Primary Care Experience rooted in provider empanelment and continuity of care • Set own reoccurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends • Collaborate with a strong team of patient care advocates and a clinical team to ensure patients get the care and follow-up they need

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification • Currently licensed in CA and one of the following states: DC, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, VA, WA, or WI with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Valid DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2 • Ideal candidates will have experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting • At least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred • Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine • Commitment to evidence-based medicine • Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions • A PC with Windows PRO or a Mac newer than 2019 is required
