📋 Description

• Employ high-quality, independent medical judgment while overseeing care provided by delegates • Supervise a minimum of 4 advanced practice practitioner (APP) practitioners • Supervise care for patients across service lines, including primary care and mental health conditions • Provide constructive feedback regarding patient care and documentation • Report clinical or professional concerns related to delegates to Circle Medical Clinical Leadership as needed • Guide delegates on clinical concerns or questions on an as-needed basis • Review at least 5% of delegates’ clinical notes monthly • Meet with delegates by video or telephone at least once every quarter, or more frequently when required • Create written records of quarterly meeting occurrence and attendance • Adhere to chart review service level expectations • Respond promptly to credentialing and enrollment requests • Fulfill federal, state, and payor-specific supervisory requirements • Delegate prescriptive authority and conduct patient chart reviews • Pay is prorated per completed week of service • An absence of 30 days results in reassignment of delegates

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must reside in South Carolina • Graduation from an accredited MD/DO program • Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine • Other Board Certifications can be considered on a case by case basis • Two years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred; 3-5+ years is ideal • Ideal candidates will have experience as a primary care provider in an outpatient, continuity-of-care clinical setting • Telemedicine experience is preferred but not required • South Carolina DEA and License is required • A PC with Windows PRO or a Mac newer than 2019 is required • Confidence in clinical decision-making while adhering to evidence-based clinical guidelines • Ability to supervise a minimum of 4 APP practitioners • Ability to supervise care involving typical primary care complaints and a high volume of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD
