📋 Description

• Provide high-quality telemedicine care • Engage with patients through video-audio appointments • Collaborate with patient care advocates for follow-up • Stay informed on patient coverage and insurance plans • Utilize technology effectively in care delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited medical program with a national certification • Currently licensed in Illinois • Valid Illinois DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2 • At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred • Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine • Commitment to evidence-based medicine • A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020 is required
