📋 Description

• Provide adult primary care through telemedicine • Build and maintain patient panels through provider empanelment • Deliver high-quality, continuous care to patients • Conduct two-way video-audio appointments lasting 15–30 minutes • Diagnose and treat a variety of adult and primary care conditions • Prescribe medications, including Schedule II medications • Set recurring schedules across a 7-day-a-week operation, including evenings and weekends • Coordinate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical clinical team for patient care and follow-up • Focus on patient care while the practice supports insurance coverage understanding

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification • Currently licensed in at least one listed state: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, or WA • Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Valid DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2 • Applicants must reside in the United States of America • High degree of technical skill utilizing software • Commitment to evidence-based medicine • Willingness to learn to diagnose and treat varied adult/primary care conditions • PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020 • Primary care provider experience in a clinical setting is ideal • At least 3 years post-residency practice experience strongly preferred for APPs • At least 2 years post-residency practice experience strongly preferred for Physicians
