📋 Description

• Lead workshops and working sessions with GRM process owners to reimagine processes and define AI-native future-state visions • Challenge assumptions and drive the shift toward processes designed around intelligent agents • Help build GRM into an AI-native organization with people focused on judgment, exceptions, and oversight • Champion Circle’s AI Risk Management framework across GRM AI developments • Ensure AI-native processes are risk-assessed, controlled, explainable, auditable, and supported by human-in-the-loop oversight • Shape GRM’s AI-native vision and target architecture • Build and prioritize reusable AI primitives and shared capabilities • Drive development of pivotal AI applications from scoping and requirements through build, testing, launch, adoption, and measurable impact • Translate risk and compliance needs into solution designs, success criteria, and outcomes • Partner with Circle’s central AI team and AI leaders across the company • Coordinate GRM’s community of AI drivers and hands-on builders • Represent GRM priorities in enterprise AI forums • Own and improve GRM-level reporting on AI transformation initiatives, roadmap progress, impact, blockers, and dependencies • Prepare updates and materials for GRM leadership, executive reviews, and risk committees

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, product/program management, or a related discipline • Experience leading process redesign or automation initiatives that changed how work gets done • Ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes • Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic / AI-native concepts • Track record of applying AI to real business problems • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills • Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or another regulated, control-oriented domain, or ability to quickly build credibility with risk and compliance stakeholders • Strong program and portfolio management skills • Builder’s mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build AI solutions with appropriate governance, controls, and guardrails • Preferred: experience in financial services, fintech, crypto / digital assets, or another regulated environment • Preferred: hands-on experience building or configuring AI solutions using modern low-code / no-code or AI development tools • Preferred: experience partnering with central or shared AI, data, or platform teams • Preferred: familiarity with AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks • Preferred: background in management consulting, transformation, or operational excellence • Preferred: certification or formal training in project / program management, change management, or process improvement
