📋 Description

• Serve as the embedded strategic finance partner to the Chief Product Officer and product leadership team • Own financial evaluation of new product lines and launches from concept through post-launch • Build business cases, unit-economics models, pricing frameworks, and revenue projections • Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range modeling for the Product organization • Advise on investment trade-offs and resource allocation across the product portfolio • Drive scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and market sizing • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis • Partner with corporate development and strategic finance on M&A diligence and new market entries • Prepare and present financial narratives explaining product strategy • Develop financial performance dashboards and executive reporting • Lead variance analysis with actionable commentary for senior leadership • Build and scale the Product Finance function and establish repeatable financial processes and frameworks • Report to the SVP of Strategic Finance and partner with the CFO, Chief Product Officer, product leadership team, and Head of FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• 13+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting • Demonstrated track record as an embedded finance business partner influencing roadmap and investment decisions at the C-suite level • Experience building financial models and business cases for new product launches, including 0→1 products and new market entries • Strong command of unit economics, revenue modeling, and scenario analysis • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear, actionable narratives for financial and non-financial audiences • Experience presenting to executives, including the CFO or Chief Product Officer • Comfortable independently building financial models and presenting to senior executives • Background in digital assets, payments, fintech or technology preferred
