📋 Description

• Provide high quality ABA treatment, support and training via telehealth • Develop and supervise individual treatment plans and behavior interventions • Coordinate care between Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians • Ensure compliance with insurance-related requirements • Facilitate regular family/caregiver meetings to ensure open communication • Conduct assessments and evaluations of skills and needs for each client • Train and supervise staff using reliability checks and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• A master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field • Minimum of two years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst • Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analysis certification credential by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board • Management and leadership experience and ability to interact with families, staff, clients and community partners for coordination of care • Must have CPR and First Aid certifications • Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance • Must have successfully completed all state and federal required training
