📋 Description

• Provide high-quality ABA treatment, support, and training via telehealth • Maximize client progress through direct and indirect application of ABA best practices • Lead and coordinate care among Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians • Develop and supervise individual treatment plans and behavior interventions • Train direct-care staff and share expertise through student supervision, research, training, specialized programming, and behavioral-challenge support • Provide remote services to support clients and staff across multiple center locations • Submit timely clinical documentation according to payer timelines • Develop and continuously monitor Individual Treatment Plans • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and proper storage and labeling of clinical notes • Facilitate family/caregiver meetings and trainings, including data review, progress updates, generalization, transition planning, and future-treatment recommendations • Prepare data analyses and summaries and respond to caregiver questions • Update client information regarding insurance, changes in care or medication, and behavior changes • Review schedules and adjust therapy time for make-up days or treatment-hour changes • Submit documents for internal and external audits and maintain HIPAA compliance • Maintain current licensure, certification, and credentialing • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and evaluations of client skills and needs • Provide regular staff training and supervision using reliability checks and contextual feedback • Identify clients and families needing additional support and provide or refer them to indicated services • Maintain productivity, efficiency, and billable expectations • Maintain confidentiality and protect individual rights • Report allegations of abuse, neglect, involuntary seclusion, or misappropriation • Honor and report treatment-refusal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field • Minimum of two years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst • Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analysis certification credential by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board • Management and leadership experience and ability to interact with families, staff, clients and community partners for coordination of care • Assessment of skills and deficits across social communication, social-emotional reciprocity, nonverbal communication, stereotypy and repetitive behavior, restricted behavior, sensory responses, and functional living skills • Use of ABA assessment methodologies such as VBMAPP, Vineland, PEAK, AFLLS, Essentials for Living, and others • Ability to develop individual treatment and behavior intervention plans with continuous analysis • Must complete all assigned training • Must be at least 18 years of age per state requirements • Must have CPR and First Aid certifications • Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant • Ability to deal tactfully with clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public • Willingness to accept supervision and work harmoniously with other personnel • Must not pose a direct threat to workplace health and safety • Must not have disqualifying criminal convictions listed in the posting • Ability to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile individuals • Ability to communicate adequately to complete required forms and reports and follow oral or written instructions • Ability to provide services according to the individual support plan • Interest in and empathy for individuals • Good knowledge of office support functions • Ability to interpret, apply, and explain complex information such as regulations, policies, or services • Ability to independently solve problems and perform liaison activities • Must successfully complete all state and federal required training • Must be able to read, speak, and write English understandably • Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress • Ability to see and hear adequately, or use prosthetics enabling these senses • Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity • Ability to work effectively with clients, personnel, and support agencies • Must meet the agency’s general health requirements • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday • Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 50 pounds to a height of three feet and carry it at least ten feet
