📋 Description

• Verify merchandise and cash in company stores by conducting physical counts using a handheld computer • Notify store managers of incorrect prices and remove out-of-code merchandise • Count and record cash, checks, and food stamps in registers, TACC tubes, and safes • Verify money orders, lottery ticket inventory, and bank deposits • Verify gasoline inventory by sticking tanks and checking for water • Conduct surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures • Work safely in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations • Work independently with little supervision • Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred • Requires 1 year of inventory auditing experience or retail experience in a convenience store environment • Must have a valid driver’s license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance • Occasional overnight travel may be required • Able to work independently with little supervision • Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Able to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. • Must comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations • Must be able to perform the stated physical requirements, including sitting, talking/hearing, handling or grasping items, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting
