📋 Description

• You'll be on-site at commercial truck dealerships 3 weeks a month • Working directly with Owners, GMs, Service Directors, and frontline staff • Auditing operations and fixing what's broken • Identify profit leaks and implement real solutions • Train service advisors in high-level selling strategies that actually work • Coach managers on leadership and accountability • Drive KPI comprehension and hold teams to results • Deliver a mix of on-site and virtual coaching depending on client needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ consecutive years as a top-performing "Service Manager" or "Fixed Ops Director" at a branded dealership • Documented positive results in CSI, profitability, and team development • Desire to travel all over the U.S. — 3 weeks per month • Thrive in unfamiliar environments • Self-starter who can command a room, earn trust, and drive change fast • Willingness to learn, grow, and coach • Excellent communication skills and comfort with leading training • A flexible schedule • Ability to work with all personality types
