📋 Description

• responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers • driving the development of networking for the Cilium project, security and observability solutions • growing and mentoring software engineers and technical leaders • delivering continuous feedback and performance reviews • tracking project progress and helping engineers grow their project management skills • preserving the engineering culture as the team scales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience • Prior Engineering Management or Supervisory experience • 5+ years of experience in Software Development (any language), with at least 2+ years of experience with Go • 3+ years of Linux, Kubernetes and the networking stack
