📋 Description

• Lead development and expansion of the FedRAMP and DoW cloud portfolio • Open new addressable markets in federal government and regulated sectors • Define the product roadmap and business strategy for the Cisco Network Platform • Translate regulatory policies into intuitive, scalable product features with Engineering, Security, and Legal teams • Drive go-to-market and pricing strategies • Support global sales team growth and market adoption • Partner with executive leadership to evolve Cisco’s compliance posture • Maintain a sophisticated, user-friendly management platform for public sector users

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role within a B2B or SaaS environment • Demonstrated experience working with customers in government or highly regulated industries • Technical proficiency in privacy and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC, FISMA, FIPS 140, DoW Impact Levels, or FedRAMP • U.S. Citizenship • Experience managing product roadmaps and defining go-to-market strategies • MBA or related advanced degree preferred • Deep expertise in networking domain technologies preferred • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong systematic thinking skills with experience guiding complex integrations between platforms • Highly collaborative approach and cross-functional leadership
