📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of program and incentive reporting • Serve as a critical partner to internal and external stakeholders • Own medium-to-large projects from inception to completion • Navigate complex cross-functional dependencies • Implement process improvements with measurable outcomes • Apply analytical rigor to solve complex business problems • Deliver projects on schedule and mitigate risks • Foster seamless collaboration across teams • Reengineer processes to enhance productivity • Ensure the overall partner experience remains top-tier

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in project or program management • 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects with cross-functional dependencies • Proven ability to identify and implement business or process improvements with measurable outcomes • 3+ years of experience applying governance and compliance frameworks to manage project risk and delivery standards • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or Master’s certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred • Direct experience with Splunk channel processes and programs is preferred • Working knowledge of integrating Splunk programs into Cisco 360 systems is preferred • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs is preferred • Role is open to candidates in the United States; no relocation is available
