📋 Description

• engage early and frequently with customers and partners to solve technology challenges • help address competitive risks and evaluate multiple solutions to meet customer needs • build relationships with customers and channels to understand business priorities • participate in customer discussions to understand renewal needs • prepare renewal quotes and collaborate with internal stakeholders • support resolution of moderately complex renewal components • suggest renewal options based on product knowledge • use software tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled systems to streamline workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience • understanding of renewal processes, procedures and systems • familiarity with the broader underlying concepts in renewal motion • value proposition development • basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes • understanding of software subscription, licensing and support service contracting models • discovery, negotiation, and closing skills at all levels
