📋 Description

• Plan and oversee repair projects, including masonry, painting, waterproofing, and structural upkeep of residential units • Perform routine technical inspections to identify defects and prioritize maintenance work • Select and manage specialized contractors • Ensure contractor work aligns with technical specifications and safety codes • Organize daily repair-request workflows • Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule • Estimate the quantity and quality of repair materials • Manage technical approval of suppliers • Maintain records of structural interventions and civil-work warranties • Coordinate specialized crews to preserve the physical infrastructure, building shell, and common areas • Act as the technical lead for residential property repairs and renovations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Proven experience in coordinating construction crews or managing building maintenance in the US • Strong ability to read blueprints • Ability to estimate costs and perform material take-offs • Ability to manage complex work schedules • In-depth knowledge of building materials, architectural finishes, and structural waterproofing • Professional ability to coordinate between residents, management, and field workers • Strong capacity to diagnose structural pathologies and propose technical solutions • Ability to lead and supervise multiple specialized contractors on-site simultaneously • Must not be a temporary worker • Must not work for another company at the same time • Must not hire subcontractors to perform the work assigned to you
