📋 Description

• Abstract and review relevant longitudinal information from patient medical records with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. • Develop expertise in the proprietary disease model, ontology, and internal annotation tools. • Support quality assurance initiatives, pilot annotation projects, and guidance and training material development. • Collaborate within the clinical annotation team to maintain consistency in data extraction and meet delivery commitments for research partners. • Adapt to new content areas and evolving project requirements. • Identify process improvements and contribute to platform enhancement through testing, feedback, and issue reporting. • Transform complex patient medical records into longitudinal data supporting rare disease research.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience providing clinical care for patients with rare genetic disorders, with preference for pediatric neurologic, metabolic, and cardiovascular conditions. • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Genetic Counselor in good standing. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. • Experience in healthcare data annotation, chart reviews, or research data entry is a plus. • Proven expertise in data privacy regulations (HIPAA) and data security best practices. • Proficiency in technology and software tools for data analysis, with demonstrated ability to adapt to new platforms quickly. • Growth mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
