📋 Description

• Prepare tax returns and tax extensions • Organize tax information • Assist with tax notices and examinations • Maintain working knowledge of tax preparation software used in the office • Perform various administrative tasks as needed • Gain professional skills and experience through tools, training, and real-world applications

🎯 Requirements

• Be a junior or year prior to graduation, dependent on a 4- or 5-year program • Have completed at least one tax class • Flexibility to work a minimum of 25 hours each week • Flexibility to work weekends as needed • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 • Must be authorized to work in the US • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Detail oriented • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Participant in the VITA Program
