📋 Description

• Provide research, writing, and editing expertise for medical communications initiatives • Develop and deliver clear, factual, high-quality scientific content to clients • Monitor and meet project budget and timing specifications • Thoroughly research content areas and maintain expertise within determined therapeutic areas • Implement stakeholder edits and feedback into deliverables • Research, write, and revise content • Develop content outlines and drafts • Include relevant supporting research and data in deliverables • Ensure accurate flow, grammar, and content in original and edited works • Incorporate client and stakeholder edits and revisions • Meet project deadlines and stay within scope and budget • Identify areas requiring expertise from other team members and elicit input • Manage communications with project stakeholders • Share information effectively within internal project teams • Keep project teams and stakeholders apprised of project status • Escalate obstacles or challenges affecting timelines and budgets • Collaborate with and support team members on project tasks • Follow Citrus Health Group editorial, publication, and ethical procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree (PharmD, MD, PhD or MS) required • 3+ years of experience in medical writing within a medical communications agency required • Experience in editorial and publications processes required • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Proficiency in scientific research • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Effective attention to detail and accuracy and ability to confirm writing to prescribed style format • Ability to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome challenges • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability • Ability to think analytically and to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute • Expert verbal and written communication skills • Remote work eligibility within the US or Canada only
